Reciprocal Transfer agreements permit members of one union to transfer to another union when changing their work jurisdiction without payment of a new initiation fee. Those unions signatory to the reciprocal agreement are:

May 1, 1960 - Oil, Chemical & Atomic Workers International Union (PACE)
