Our programs provide many training opportunities for establishing committees and membership assistance efforts for use in IAM Districts & Locals and your community.
Contact your Lodge President for training opportunities at the William W. Winpisinger Education Center. Membership education programs combined with our commitments of; “Justice on the Job, Service in the Community”, assure IAM members have access to valuable services both in the workplace and at home.
We look forward to assisting you with educational tools so you can build a strong union presence in the community.
Many lodges have Retiree Clubs, Community Service Committees, and various concerted efforts to assist IAM member’s in locating valuable resources.
Increased exposure as a service organization, allows greater opportunities to grow and expand labor union density.
It doesn’t cost, it pays to belong to the IAM!
Would you and your co-workers like to enjoy these benefits and become members of the IAM?
