Terri Crutchfield joined the IAM Membership Department in April 2008 and moved to the Communications Department in April 2010.
Prior to working at IAM Headquarters, Crutchfield held several jobs, including working as an assistant office manager at Chadbourne & Parke LLP, a New York-based corporate law firm in Washington, DC, running a homebased daycare, and managing a construction company for her husband.
When Crutchfield is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband of 29 years, visiting with her kids and two granddaughters, and spending time at the beach – where she will most-likely retire.
