Kiley Hernandez joined the communications department in October 2007 after joining the IAM in 1998 while working at Bombardier Learjet (IAM Local 639) in Wichita, Kansas. Brother Hernandez primarily focuses on all web-related projects, including managing goiam.org and all other IAM websites. As technology changes, so do the offerings to the membership. Brother Hernandez continues to work to bring newer communications tools to the membership through app development, mass messaging, including texting and email campaigns, as well as teaching web classes and offering after-class support. In addition, brother Hernandez also supports graphic design projects, writing, and basic video editing.
