John Lett has been a communication representative at the IAM Grand Lodge since September 2003. He creates web video content for the Machinists Union, which requires shooting videotape of IAM news events, writing scripts and editing footage. Some of his notable news assignments have included devastating hurricanes in Florida, legislative matters in the U.S. Congress and covering speeches by presidential election candidates. Before joining the IAM, Lett worked as a news reporter at several broadcast television outlets including WRBL-TV (CBS), WNCF-TV (ABC) and independent network NUE-TV.
